Amherst Pilates is located in the Amherst Depot, 13 Railroad St.  It is a wonderfully charming and beautiful space.  It is a fully equipped Pilates studio, offering private and semi-private work on the apparatus - reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel - as well as classes on the mat.  Pilates has something to offer to everyBODY - the young and the mature - the athlete and the less active - the strong and the injured.  Pilates will help you develop long, lean muscles - from your core down through your fingertips and toes.  You will look good and feel great.

Privates - $80.00 per one hour session

Semi-private - $45 per person 

Small Group Sessions (3 People) - $35 per person

Mat Class - drop-ins $18.00 per class or purchase 10 class card for $150.00

Group Apparatus Class - $25 per person
